Ordering

What size/capacity should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size and/or weight capacity is right for you, refer to our dimension charts and Working Load Limits (WLL) per sling. They're located underneath the available options for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us. We will ask your typical load weight, the chain length required and which fitting types you perfer so we can suggest the best system for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, due to the fulfillment automations and rapid manufacture processes in place we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can you accept a Resale Certificate?

We're registered to collect sales tax in the following states:

  • South Carolina
  • Tennessee
  • Florida
  • New York
  • California
  • Texas

If you need to make a resale purchase with shipping to an address in any of the above states please follow the below steps:

  1. Email your state resale certificate to our sales team and include your bill-to address, ship-to address, order items, quantities and any other order entry details you wish to mention
  2. Our team will authorize your resale certificate and send an invoice for your order
  3. Pay your invoice online
  4. Your order will automatically be processed and shipped within 1 working day

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our SlingSmarter™ production team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use UPS for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 3-5business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation, whilst we do offer Next-day Air and 2nd Day Air available at checkout.

Eff! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.

How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products being completely custom-made (chains cut specifically to size, your choice of fittings and a load test are all applied prior to shipping) we are unable to accept returns at this time. For more information please contact team SlingSmarter™

What's the return policy

Due to the nature of our products being completely custom-made (chains cut specifically to size, your choice of fittings and a load test are all applied prior to shipping) we are unable to accept returns at this time.

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your return. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 5-7 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
